Great service from Chris and his team, my only small critique would be to make changes to the web portal so the user can see their upload history. Its was at times difficult to get a response from Pam regarding confirmation of received documents, while I understand you're very busy people an upload history accessible to the user would have helped to quell a lot of my concerns and saved me from sending pestering in emails.
