If I did not have to take the first time home buying class and landlord class that would've been great! Also needing to verify between being twins as we are two separate individuals which took some time to be figured out and clarified! Additionally having to go through providing details of a former part time job.

Tom is always very informative and clear. Very friendly and charismatic. Communication is always via phone and could be via text/email for simple answers. At times, responsiveness was slower than I am accustomed to.
All in all, still very much enjoy working with Tom and will continue to do so.
